With the ACC, things can change from week to week, game to game.
Here is how things look as of today:
Atlantic
Wake Forest (1-0)
Maryland (1-0)
Florida State (0-1)
Clemson (1-1)
Boston College (0-1)
NC State (0-1)
Coastal
Virginia Tech (2-0)
UNC (1-1)
Miami (0-1)
GT (1-1)
Duke (1-0)
UVA (0-1)
Some questions remain:
Can Georgia Tech stir some things up in the Coastal?
Can Miami get to the VT game without another loss?
How will Maryland handle prosperity? Can they beat Wake and FSU?
VT is in the driver's seat in the Coastal. How will they finish?
Will UVA win another game? Their remaining schedule is brutal.

I just like to argue with you. I think your order is biased. Based on conference win percentage, then on overall percentage for ties, the order should be:
Atlantic:
Maryland (1-0)
Wake (1-0)
Clemson (1-1)
FSU (0-1)
BC (0-1)
NCSU (0-1)
Coastal:
VT (2-0)
Duke (1-0)
GT (1-1)
UNC (1-1)
UM (0-1)
UVA (0-1)
Just wanted to point that out... ;)
